Mr. Anthony ‘Tony’ Karl Spiller of Red Deer, Alberta was tragically taken to enter his final resting place on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the age of 43 years. Tony was born in Innisfail, Alberta in 1981 to Dawn Spiller. He was raised in Red Deer, Alberta attending school at Central School and High School at Lindsey Thurber Comprehensive High School. Tony enjoyed many different careers paths, from operating equipment, and building roads throughout Central Alberta, to pulling wrenches. Tony was well known to be the first to offer a bit of life’s wisdom, to lend a hand, and being there to help when needed. He will be dearly missed by many. Tony will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Dawn Spiller (Gordon), of Lacombe, Alberta; his son, Liam of Lacombe, Alberta; and his daughter, Ashlee of Red Deer, Alberta. He will also be sadly missed by his brother, Matthew Bauer of Camrose, Alberta, his nephew, Mason Bauer of Sylvan Lake, Alberta, his grandparents, Don and Audrey Spiller, and Gilbert Bauer, and many extended family and friends. A Celebration of Tony’s Life will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 – 67 A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations in Tony’s honor may be made directly to a charity of the Donor’s choice.
