Hilda Hurlburt

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Hilda B. Hurlburt (nee: Robinson), on December 4, 2024, at the age of 95.

Hilda was born in Sunderland, England on February 17, 1929, and was the youngest of 10 children.

Hilda will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 65 years, Don, and her 4 children – Donna, Gordon, Linda, and David (Patti); as well as her 3 grandchildren – Joel, Connor, and Jessica.

Hilda is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews in England, United States, and Canada.

Hilda was predeceased by her parents – Christopher and Eleanor. Her 9 siblings – Kit, Robert, Esther, Nellie, Margaret, Elsie, Nan, Ernie, and Gordon.

As per Hilda’s wishes, no memorial service will be held.

“And the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.” Ecclesiastes 12:7
