Alberta asks residents for input on Budget 2025
The Government of Alberta is asking for residents to share their input on Budget 2025.
Officials say next year’s budget will endeavour to strengthen health care and education while ensuring the economy is in a solid enough position to weather future emergencies.
Albertans can share their thoughts through an online survey as of noon on Dec. 3, and the portal will close on Jan. 12, 025. They may also speak directly with president of the treasury board and minister of finance Nate Horner during a telephone town hall on Dec. 4, taking place from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Residents with publicly listed phone numbers may receive a phone call or text message inviting them to join; they may also listen to the town hall live online and participate via a chat function.
