Lee Ann Wiltse of Sylvan Lake, Alberta passed away at the Red Deer Hospice Society on August 27, 2024, at the age of 63 years.
Born on January 14, 1961, in the booming town of Elliot Lake, Ontario. Lee Ann loved spending time with her friends being true little girls, always busy and active. In grade 6, Lee Ann showed them all what she was made of by being named Female Athlete of the year!
She moved to Alberta in 1980, where she soon set roots and started her beautiful family, who would always be her greatest joy, pride, and achievement.
Lee Ann loved deeply and was well known for her compassionate heart, witty sense of humor, and joy that she brought to everyone around her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Family asks that she be remembered by the joy she brought to others in life and not the sadness of her passing.
“The song has ended, but the melody lingers on.” Irving Berlin
