Multiple road closures during Woody’s Triathlon

Local motorists are advised of upcoming road closures in multiple locations in Red Deer as the Woody’s Triathlon takes place.

On Saturday, June 22 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. the following roads will be closed:

• Michener Ave (from Michener Blvd to 55 St)
• 55 St (from Cardinal Ave to Michener Bend)
• Michener Bend (from 55 St to 40 Ave)
• 40Ave/55 St/Ash Hill (from 51A St to 42A Ave)
• 42A Ave (from 55 St to 59 St)
• 59 St (from 42A Ave to 45 Ave)
• 45 Av (59 St to McKenzie Trail Entrance)

Drivers are reminded to slow down when approaching or driving in construction areas and obey all signs. The City says your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
