Time for Sylvan Lakers to complete Town census

The Town of Sylvan Lake wants residents to complete the community’s municipal census.

Officials say the Town has a 48 per cent completion rate and they need this to be higher, to provide the most accurate data possible.

The Town says door knockers were delivered last month with an SAC number needed to complete the census. If you never received your code, or haven’t been able to complete your census online, you are to let the Town know.

Officials say enumerators will continue to visit Sylvan Lake homes until the census is complete. You can complete your census online to ensure you don’t receive a visit.

To help incentivize Lakers to complete their census surveys, the Town is giving you a chance to win. Any Laker that completes their census will be entered into a random draw for one of six $250 gift cards to a registered Town of Sylvan Lake business!**
