• C&E Trail north of the roundabout – Asphalt resurfacing
• 47 Avenue from 46 Avenue to Hwy 2A – Asphalt resurfacing and catch-basin repairs
• 46 Avenue from Hwy 2A to 45 Street – Asphalt resurfacing
• Trail to Len Thompson Fish Pond – Hwy 2A and Rail Crossing (2023 carry-over)
• Gravel lane base repair and re-alignment between 53 and 54 Avenues at C&E Trail
• 45 Street Sidewalk from 46 Avenue to 50 Avenue
• 53 Street select Sidewalk replacements between 52 and 54 Avenues to address drainage issues

That work was deferred to 2025 to allow for ATCO to replace their aging infrastructure.

In addition, the City says, it is facilitating the installation of a new controlled pedestrian crossing at the new Parkland Adventist Academy on College Ave. Work is being coordinated with the City’s capital works contractor, but the developer will pay for the project as a condition of their development permit.

The program’s contract is going to TJ Paving, which also completed the City’s work in 2022. Work will run through August and September, the City says.
