Overnight road work underway in Red Deer

Over the next three weeks, from Sunday, May 26 to Friday, June 14, city crews will be performing a number of painting operations in and around the major intersections within the city. Work will be performed from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. as to minimize disruptions to traffic flow.
While all intersections will remain open while work is performed, the City says intermittent closures to portions of the intersection will be required. Drivers can anticipate minor delays or impacts to traffic.
Motorists are advised to obey all signs and find an alternate route if possible. Please slow down when approaching or driving in a construction zone. The City says your patience and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
