It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of George Czerniak on Thursday, March 28, 2024.  George will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 48 years, Jackie; two daughters: Niki (James) Burkinshaw and Alexa (Eric) Hebert; and his grandchildren: Logan, Parker, Ava, Shane, and Gracie. His memory will be further cherished by one sister: Katie (John) Peregoodoff; one brother: Edward; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; as well as dearest friends Nick and Laurie Kaban. George was predeceased by his parents John and Olga; brothers Maurice, Walter, Fred, Pete, Steve, and sister Anne.

A celebration of George’s life will be held at the Red Deer Funeral Home & Celebration Centre, 6150 67 Street, Red Deer at 1:00pm, Tuesday, April 23, 2024. In lieu of flowers, we ask that memorial donations be made directly to any animal shelter and/or any food bank. Please RSVP to Jackie Czerniak as seating is limited.
