Stanley Jefferies 

1942 – 2024 

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Stanley Robert Jefferies on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the age of 82.  He is predeceased by his Mother and Stepfather Eva and Charlie Jefferies; his first wife June Jefferies; along with many Aunts and Uncles. 

Stan will be remembered by his wife Mamie Jefferies; his son Bryce (Destiny); his daughter Sandra; grandchildren Cameron, Mackenzie, Samantha, Hussein, Joyce, Charlie, Jarvis, Justin, Eva, Amona and David. 

Stan was born on January 2, 1942 in Calgary. He was raised in Innisfail where he graduated high school and went on to study the electrical trade.  Stan has had various jobs over the years and eventually settled in Red Deer, where he built a home, raised his family, and opened his own business servicing Red Deer and area. 

Throughout the years Stan made great friends and acquaintances while building his business and dedicating himself to his craft.  Stan was a gentle and kind husband, father, and friend who loved all animals, especially dogs. 

The family is sincerely grateful for the care he received by the staff at Rimbey and Lacombe LTC over the past months. 

A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 12p.m., with viewing prior to the service at Eventide Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Innisfail cemetery.
