Pair charged after stolen vehicle incident in Red Deer
Red Deer RCMP have charged two people in connection to a stolen vehicle incident.
It was Jan. 2 of this year when Red Deer RCMP’s Crime Reduction Team was conducting patrols when officers located two people in a vehicle that had been stolen out of Red Deer the day prior. Officers arrested both suspects.
Jesse Bissonette, a 39-year-old resident of Blackfalds, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Possession of ammunition contrary to an order
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Dangerous driving
- Flight from police
- Prohibited driving
- Possession of break-in tools
- Breach of release order
- Drive without insurance
- Display improper licence plate
