Sylvan Lake RCMP seeking large carving stolen from front yard

RCMP in Sylvan Lake say a large custom carving dubbed ‘Moose on the Loose’ is being sought after being stolen from a resident’s front yard on Lakeshore Drive.

RCMP received a report of the theft on Jan. 3.

They say the carving is one-of-a-kind and valued at thousands of dollars. It is of significant importance to the owner, they add.

It stands just over five feet tall.
