Marilyn Sharp 4-H Scholarship offered by MEGlobal & Dow Canada for 2022

MEGlobal Canada ULC (MEGlobal) is proud to announce that Emilee Bickley has been named the recipient of the 2023 Marilyn Sharp 4-H Scholarship.
Officials with MEGlobal say this is a post-secondary scholarship for current or previous members of a 4-H Club in the West Central Region.
The scholarship was established by MEGlobal and Dow, which operate manufacturing facilities at the Prentiss site in Alberta, in recognition of Marilyn’s longtime volunteer contributions as a member of the Prentiss Community Advisory Panel (CAP). Officials say the successful applicant must demonstrate academic achievement, overall 4-H achievement and public speaking participation.
Emilee, who is currently in her fifth year of an Education Degree specializing in Elementary Science at the University of Calgary, is in the process of applying to the University of Calgary Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Program, set to begin at the conclusion of her Education Degree. Officials say her dedication and commitment have been evident in both the 4-H community, as well as her academic career. Emilee noted that her skills acquired through 4-H have been major assets in her education programs.
