Phyllis Marie RedcalfJune 18, 1973 – June 26, 2023

Phyllis Marie Redcalf passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on June 26.

She was born in Rocky Mountain House where she also attended school, graduating from Will Sinclair High School in 1991.  Phyllis subsequently attended Marvel College and Red Deer College.

Phyllis held positions at Aboriginal Employment Services, The Red Deer Native Friendship Society, and the Asokewin Native Friendship Society, through which she helped many people build better lives.  She also devoted a great deal of time and guided many people in her work in AA.

The highlight of Phyllis’ life was the birth of her dear son Travis in 2002.

Phyllis was predeceased by her parents Richard and Hazel Olmstead, and by her birth mother Alice Redcalf.

Her memory will always be treasured by her son Travis, and her sisters Sherri (Rob) and Sylvia (Berry) and their families.

She leaves behind many good friends, including Christine (Dan), Corky (Lynn), Danielle, Dorothy, Sapphira, Tanya, and Valerie.
