Its with heavy hearts the family announce the passing of David Allan Margeson on May 31, 2023, at the age of 60 years. David grew up in Calgary, Alberta and after graduating he went to work as a millwright in the Harmattan area. He had a great interest in fast cars. This led him into racing stock cars and rebuilding all kinds of other cars. He also enjoyed watching the NASCAR when time allowed. He had a love for wood working and built many projects that he was proud of. David is survived by his good friend Carol Cartile; mother Dorothy Margeson; brother Paul Margeson; sisters Kathy (Stephen) Hanz, Jean (Ron) Myck and Heather Margeson; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to say a special thank you to David’s close friends Bill Murison and Della Walper for their support and care for David. In keeping with David’s wishes no service will be held. A celebration of David’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation can be made directly to charity of choice.
