RDP hosting World Human Rights Day event on Dec. 7

Red Deer is hosting a World Human Rights Day event, this Wednesday, Dec. 7, at Red Deer Polytechnic’s Margaret Parsons Theatre.

The event runs from 7-9 p.m. and will feature a panel of speakers and further discussion.

Topics will include, but may not be limited to equality, freedom, peace, hope, dignity, rule of law, prosperity and justice.

The keynote Speaker is Brenda St. Germain, while panelists include Darnel Forro, Dieulita Datus-Hall, Dr. Love Nwigwe, Amy Mendenhall, and Ola Zein Alabdin. The MC will be Deirdre Ashenhurst.
