Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating missing 27-year-old Serenity Winegarden-Rowsell.

Mounties say Serenity was last seen on July 25, 2022 in Red Deer, AB and police wish to locate Serenity to confirm her wellbeing.

Serenity Winegarden-Rowsell is described as 5’4” tall, 120 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair, dyed blonde.
