City of Lacombe sends out 2022 Property Tax Notices

The City of Lacombe has mailed out municipal property tax notices for the 2022 taxation year.

If residents have not received their 2022 Tax Notice by June 3, they can contact the Tax and Assessment Department at 403-782-1257.

City officials are advising property owners that taxes are due and payable without penalty if such payment is received at City Hall (5432 56 Ave), on or before June 30, 2022. Payments may be dropped off after business hours in City Hall’s mail slot.

The City states that property tax payments submitted by mail will be deemed to be paid on the same date as the postmark on the envelope in which the payment was mailed in.

They also confirm credit card payments are not accepted for property taxes.
