Mr. Timothy George Guy passed away at Dawson Creek, British Columbia on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the age of 37 years. Tim was born and spent the first fifteen years of his life in Grande Prairie, Alberta, before moving to Whitecourt, where he graduated from High School in 2003. Tim joined the Oil Patch after High School, which brought him to Red Deer, as well as throughout Northern Alberta and British Columbia. Tim was a perfectionist and put maximum effort into everything he did. He was a talented musician who played guitar, and sang beautifully, while doing it. Growing up, Tim loved skateboarding and could turn a scrap bike into a brand-new bike with ease. Always wanting to look his best, Tim could make a white pair of shoes shine brighter than when they were new. The last fifteen years of Tim’s life weren’t without struggles, but it did not matter how much he was dealing with personally, he was always the first person to help a friend or loved one when they needed it. Left to mourn Timothy are his mom, Elly van de Pol-Tardiff and his stepdad, Lorne Tardiff, his brothers, Mark (Dagny) Guy and Chris Guy, his auntie, Fran (Rob) Kelham, his uncles, John (Shelly) van de Pol and Rick (Debbie) van de Pol; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed at www.parklandfuneralhome.com
