Mr. Stanley Henry Gliwinski passed away peacefully, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, on the morning of Monday, May 2, 2022 at the age of 70 years. Stanley was a resident of the Michener Centre, Red Deer since he was a teenager. He had been an active member of the Red Deer community and enjoyed action movies, van rides, bowling, riding his three-wheel bike and cheering on the Rebels. Our sincere gratitude to Rob Krysco, and the staff of House 119, for their exceptional care and kindness. Stanley was a very sweet person and touched many people’s hearts. Two things he always needed to know were whether he did a good job, and will there be dessert? Yes, to both Stanley! We will miss you so very much. Stanley will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Jerry Ted Gliwinski, his cousins, Jerry Diakowicz, Johnny Diakowicz, Jim Diakowicz and Jeannie Hyatt – Holly (Laura and Walker) Higgins and Sarah (Dale and Wendell) Thompson, Peppy (nee Albers), Danny and Christina Braybrook.
