Dad and Pam-
We will remember you Trent for all the love and joy you brought into our lives as a son, brother, and best friend. I will always cherish the special time we spent enjoying new movie releases, meals, trips, and special time together. I will always wish we would have had much more time, there was never enough. I will always remember the Make a Wish trip we had in Australia, hugging the koala bears, and watching the kangaroos bouncing around. We will always hold you and your brother in a very special place in our hearts. You are free to fly.
Mom-
From the beginning Trent was a fighter and a survivor. Always a wealth of knowledge on any subject. You had better know your facts: he would question you!! Trent enjoyed reading, video games lol mostly hockey. Enjoyed life to the fullest despite his disability. Loved to travel Australia, Florida, Mexico, Alaska, Montana, California, Toronto. Prairie provinces as well as B.C. His most memorable trip he talked about was Australia holding a koala bear and seeing a live Tasmanian devil, chasing Kangaroos with his brother in their wheelchairs. We as a family made traveling a priority despite the disability. One of the best learning tools. Even though life threw him obstacles to deal with he always stayed cheerful and positive attitude. His family was always dear to him. Miss you my son but glad you are with your best bud ❤
Leisa-
We will remember Trent for his passion for sports, movies, animals and for being our personal Google. He had a zest for life and was always smiling and enjoying life even through his pain. His strength was more than most people will ever know. He enjoyed travel and seeing new places and experiencing new things.
He was feisty and drove us all nuts sometimes, but we will never forget his fun, playful side. I’m not sure how to go on after now losing both of my brothers but I know Trent would want me to with courage, compassion, love, and a desire to never stop exploring.
