Mrs. Marion ‘Faye’ Pickett passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022 at the age of 74 years. Faye was
born on October 31, 1947 in Clinton, Ontario to parents, Joe and Marion Carter. Faye married Cam
Pickett in Clinton, Ontario on August 26, 1967, and they moved to Beaverlodge, Alberta. For the next
twenty years they travelled back and forth across Canada, from one military base to another, until Cam
retired from the Canadian Armed Forces at Penhold, Alberta, and they settled in Red Deer, Alberta.
Faye worked for thirty years at Woodwards and The Bay before retiring. In retirement Faye volunteered
at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre in the Gift Shop and selling Nevada tickets. Faye will be
lovingly remembered by her husband, Cam Pickett, her children, Shawn (Shauna), Kimberly and
Marianne (Dereik), her three grandchildren, Kyle, Brandon (Carlene) and Kamryn, her brother, Ken, and
many friends. Faye was predeceased by her parents and her sisters, Thelma and Ruth. Condolences,
