On February 6, 2022 after a courageous two-month battle with AML we said goodbye to our loving husband, dad and grandpa at his home in Red Deer, Alberta.
Bruce was born in 1950 in Edmonton, Alberta the oldest of three children and only son of Steve and Ruth Semeniuk. He was predeceased by both parents and brother in-law Bob Tilley.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Chris (Krysa) Semeniuk, 2 girls; Dawne (Shaun) Adkins, Brandee (Dave) Ringuette, 3 grandsons; Darien (Ashley), Ryan and Dean. 1 granddaughter; Brynn and 1 great-granddaughter; Ella. He is also survived by 2 loving sisters Trudi Tilley and Laurie (Jim) Thain and beloved mother-in-law Daisy, Brothers-in-law Bob (June), Gordy (Linda) and Cory (Leigh) and many much-loved nieces and nephews.
Bruce and Chris resided in Westlock, Alberta until 2003 when they moved to Red Deer, Alberta.
Bruce’s life has been filled with lasting friendships which he cherished, from everywhere he went. Some of his happiest times were spent with his vintage vehicles touring around the country.
Special thanks to our amazing friends & neighbors Shane and Megen, also thank you to Bill and Deb, John and Debbie. In addition, thank you to Dr. Begley, Dr. Prajapati, the CACC, the AHS Home Care Team and Parkland Pharmacy.
To honour Bruce’s wishes there will be no service.
He is forever loved and always remembered.
