It is with great sorrow that the family of Brenda Dianne Guptill announces her passing on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at the age of 74 years. Brenda passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Hospital Centre with her family by her side. Brenda was born in Pope’s Harbour, Nova Scotia on April 23, 1947, but lived the last fifteen years of her life in Alberta. With her Military partner, Kurt, she traveled around the country living on both coasts, and in between, but never far from her children. Brenda loved her family unconditionally and was always there for them when they needed her. She loved her gardening and had a green thumb just like her mom. Those two could grow anything, their gardens always flourishing. A pet lover she was and a wonderful momma to her fur babies, Hunter, Marley and Riley. She loved this time of year, the Christmas season was always so special for her. Brenda loved having her family gathered around. She had a passion for cooking and was always making meals for Kurt to take to his workmates. In her spare time, she enjoyed the occasional bingo game and watching cooking shows on TV. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her partner, Kurt, her daughters, Valerie and Tracey, and her son, Robbie. Brenda was blessed with four grandchildren, Cameron, Sara (Chad), Morgan (Shantelle), and Jordan (Ekaterina); along with five great-grandchildren, Myia, Hudson, Sadie, Lyla, and Harper. Brenda was predeceased by her mother, Helen, her father, Albert Sr, and a brother, Albert Jr. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
