It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, husband, father and Papa. On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, after a short but fierce battle with Cancer with his loving wife by his side, Don decided it was time to rest.  Don will be dearly missed by his wife Donna, children Toni Scott and Robbie, his grandchildren Jackson, Brooke, Jakob and William and his two rescue kitties, Tommy and Coco. He is also survived by his mother Josephine, sister Dorothy and brothers Marvin and Colin, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many, many friends. Don was pre-deceased by his father Edward and brother-in-law Edwin.  A private service will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  The service will be livestreamed through the Parkland Funeral Home website, www.parklandfuneralhome.com (Livestream Button).  Following the service relatives and friends are invited to gather, share stories and celebrate Don’s life at the Red Deer Legion, 2810 Bremner Avenue, Red Deer from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm.
