Town of Blackfalds unveils new citizen request portal
Officials with the Town of Blackfalds have announced what they describe as a simple, streamlined program where you can provide non-emergency concerns, issues, or provide general feedback.
As of Aug. 30, 2021, the Blackfalds Connect App (powered by SeeClickFix) has been replaced with the new Citizen Request Portal.
Laura Thevenaz, Infrastructure Services Manager for the Town of Blackfalds, says they are excited to be able to bring this new issue reporting system, the Citizen Request Portal, to their residents.
“This new service request portal integrates with our new asset management and work order software program, PSD Citywide, allowing for increased operational efficiencies, as well as advancing the Town’s goal of sustainably managing our assets in the long-term.”
