Red Deer’s active COVID-19 case count reaches four-month low
Red Deer’s active COVID-19 case count has reached a four-month low.
The latest update from the province shows there are 135 active cases in the city as of Thursday, a decrease of 26 over the past 24 hours and the lowest total since 126 active cases were reported for Red Deer on Nov. 22.
There have been 2,708 COVID-19 recoveries, an increase of 35 as the total number of cases attributed to the city rose by nine to 2,874. The number of deaths in Red Deer stemming from COVID-19 remains 31.
