RCMP are reaching out to the public for any information regarding the identity of a driver involved in a hit and run in Red Deer’s Riverside Meadows neighbourhood this summer.

At 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 7, three people were struck by a vehicle at the intersection of 58A St. and 56 Ave. Mounties say a female youth was treated at the hospital for minor injuries, while two others received minor injuries that did not require medical attention.

Police say they have interviewed a number of witnesses to the incident, but have exhausted all leads. They are now asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver of the vehicle involved.

The vehicle is described as a grey, four-door car with a British Columbia license plate, last seen heading east on 58A Street. The driver was a male and there was a female passenger.
