Motorcycle rider killed in crash at Castrol Raceway

A 45-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash Saturday at the Castrol Raceway in Leduc County.

The single-motorcycle crash happened at about 10:15 a.m., according to Leduc RCMP.

The lone rider from Calgary was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation continues and RCMP say the name of the deceased male will not be released.

Castrol Raceway is located on Range Road 253 north of the Edmonton International Airport.
