Two Kings named to ACAC Men’s Basketball South Second All-Conference team

Officials with RDC Athletics are proud to announce that two members of the Kings Basketball team have been selected to the 2019-20 Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Men’s Basketball South Second All-Conference team.

Tyronn King and Spencer Klassen have both ranked in the top nine of league scoring and contributed in many ways, helping to guide the Kings to a spot in the playoffs.

The awards were officially announced at the ACAC All-Conference Awards Banquet at the Best Western Camrose Resort Casino on March 4.

RDC Athletics officials say King, Klassen and the Red Deer College Kings will participate at the ACAC Championship from March 5-7.

They will face the Keyano College Huskies (22-2) on Mar. 5 at 3:00 pm, opening their playoff schedule.
