Mary Aleatha Macdonald

Mary Aleatha Macdonald of Sylvan Lake passed away on January 18, 2020 at the age of 80 years.
Born in Kingston Ontario, Mary resided in Toronto for the majority of her life until she relocated to Sylvan Lake Alberta in 2009 to be closer to her family. She was a woman of simple pleasures, which included her love of cats, reading, music, trips to the Rocky mountains and the casino. She was known for being a steadfast and lifelong fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs.
Mary will be lovingly remembered by her son Wesley and daughter-in-law June Allport; her three grandchildren, Ashlyn (Wes) Skocdopole, Brittany (Curtis) Poirier and Scott (Bailey) Allport, and her four great-grandchildren, Georgia, Duncan and Jones Skocdopole, and Maverick Allport. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank MacDonald, parents Wesley and Margret Sedore, brother Floyd, daughter Karen and son Jerry.
