Cynthia (Cindy) Reeves

Cynthia (Cindy) Reeves of Red Deer passed away at the Red Deer Hospice Society on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the age of 59 years. Cindy was born in 1959 in Calgary and passed away with her mom and friend Joanne by her side after several different battles with cancer.
Cindy graduated from Red Deer High School in 1977. She loved to watch and participate in sports, and was an avid Flames fan. She also loved dogs of all sizes. Her love of music and dancing took her to several concerts, especially the Camrose Jamboree. Another one of Cindy’s favourite pastimes was reading.
Cindy is lovingly remembered by son Joe Goudreault of Elliott Lake, Ontario, brother Leslie Reeves and his son Austin, and mother Marj Reeves (Don Cassidy). She was predeceased by grandparents Gladys and Leslie Munro, aunts Fran Graff and Grace Peterson, aunt and uncle Kay and Cliff Munro, and stepfather Ken Reeves.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 1 to 3 pm at the Pioneer Lodge, 4324 – 46A Avenue, Red Deer. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Red Deer Hospice Society or Central Alberta Humane Society.
