Connie Nesha Haslam

Our beloved Gramma and Mother, Connie Nesha Haslam of Red Deer, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on September 7, 2019 at the age of 82 years. She was loved by all who met her, everyone loved her spirit, her drive and the way she always had a loving smile and a laugh to share. Not only will her family miss this sweet angel but so will all the nurses and homecare staff who helped her everyday. The world loss another angel, she left us unexpectedly in the early morning hours of September 7th, and will always be loved and remembered as “Sweet little 0l’ Connie, who was never afraid to show us happiness can always shine through darker times.”
Connie will be lovingly remembered by her 5 children Linda McArthur of Ponoka, AB (and her 2 children Melissa McArthur & Jennifer McArthur), Debbie Cahoon (and her 3 children-Roger Sirdar, Felecia Woods, Monty Woods), Ray Haslam (and his daughter Shandrell), Gary Haslam (and his son Steve Carpenter) and Jim (Leon) Haslam. Connie will also be deeply missed by her 2 sisters Judy Johnson (Penticton, B.C.) and Dora Keet (D.K. Falls, B.C.) She was predeceased by her brother Jerry Anderson. We will love you forever Nanarama! R.I.P.- Your with the angels now, at peace, keeping an eye on your family with a guiding hand and a loving smile. In following with Connie’s wishes, no funeral will be held. Memorial donations in Connie’s memory may be directed to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 1400, 522 – University Ave. Toronto ON M5G 2R5.
