Anne Lucille Kirwin Cupples

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Anne Lucille Kirwin Cupples on Tuesday, November 14, 2019 at the age of 61 years. Anne was born on June 26, 1958 in Cold Lake, Alberta, one of the six children of William ‘Bill’ Kirwin and Mary Gillis Kirwin. When she was four years old, her family moved to Edmonton; where she received her schooling, including her Nurse’s Aide Training. As a young woman, Anne moved to Red Deer; where she pursued her career as a Nursing Assistant. Anne was a lively, sociable person with a ready laugh. She was a diligent and conscientious caregiver and was extremely well-regarded in her profession. Anne married Calvin ‘Cal’ Cupples in 1989, and together they had two beautiful, creative and much loved daughters, Marissa and Emily Anne; whom they raised on an acreage outside of Red Deer, along with a favorite family pet, Tinsel. Anne retired from Nursing in 2016. Anne will be remembered by all for her bright smile and kindness to those less fortunate. Anne will be lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law, Marlene Kirwin; her twin sister, Katherine Kirwin; her brothers, Patrick (Jeananne), Michael (Sumon), and Mark (Dianne); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many great friends, especially Patricia Chiasson. She was predeceased by her parents; and her oldest brother, William ‘Will’ Kirwin.
