1st ever Red Deer Shelter Ribfest coming in September

The 1st Annual Red Deer Shelter Ribfest, featuring five of the top rib teams from across Canada and the US, will be cooking up some of the best mouth-watering BBQ smoked ribs you’ve ever had!

Bring the whole family Sept. 13-15 and enjoy live entertainment, a kids play area, additional food options including fries, mini donuts, and of course nice, cold beer!

Street parking. Wheelchair Accessible.

We are striving to create a safe, enjoyable, family-friendly community event. Our commitment to have quality entertainment, world-class ribs and food vendors, and a licensed park.

Admission is FREE (a $2.00 donation at the gate is appreciated).
