Red Deer Riggers playoff opener rained out

A lack of co-operation from Mother Nature means the Red Deer Riggers will have to wait a bit longer to start playoffs.

The Riggers were to take on the Sherwood Park Athletics in game one of their best-of-three Sunburst Baseball League semifinals series Tuesday night at Great Chief Park, but the game was rained out.

The revised schedule for the series is as follows:
