Construction on Edgar Industrial Drive / CPR Bridge starting Monday

Starting Monday June 24, traffic across the CPR Bridge will be restricted to a single lane of alternating traffic, and will be controlled by temporary traffic lights.

This lane restriction will remain in place 24 hours a day until the project is complete, estimated to be mid-August. In addition, a full closure of the CPR Bridge will be scheduled on at least one weekend to replace bridge components.

The bridge will be undergoing a major rehabilitation to replace deteriorated elements and upgrade safety components, extending the life of the structure.Lane widths will be restricted to 3.5 meters. No oversized vehicles are permitted.

If possible, please use alternate route and expect delays in this area.
