Soccer Mini Cage opens this weekend

Red Deer City Soccer Association is set to cut the ribbon on their latest facility enhancement this weekend.

This Saturday, June 15, dignitaries will gather at the soccer fields at Edgar Athletic Park to celebrate the Grand Opening of their brand new Soccer Mini Cage.

The event runs from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. with the ribbon cutting ceremony taking place at 11:30 a.m. and Red Deer city manager Allan Seabrooke in attendance.

The event will also feature U10 Jr. Renegades teams playing a game, a Foot Dart activity and volunteer coach appreciation BBQ at noon.
