Calgary police investigate fatal shooting

CALGARY- Police say a man is dead after a shooting.

Officers were called to a northeast location just before midnight after reports of a crash.

They arrived to find a man dead inside a car.

Two other vehicles at the scene appear to have been involved in the collision, including one that ended up sitting on top of the other.

A section of the road was cordoned off, along with a portion of a nearby alley behind a row of houses.

A homicide team was called in but no other details have been released.
