PSAC lowers 2018 Drilling Activity Forecast
CALGARY- The Petroleum Services Association of Canada has lowered its forecast for the number of wells to be drilled in Alberta this year.
The new number is 3800, down from 4000 in the original forecast.
The revised forecast for Saskatchewan drops to 2840 wells from 2930 in the original forecast, and Manitoba is forecast to see 255 wells drilled which is a jump of 25.
In BC, the forecast is down to 530 from 700.
