Red Deer Dairy Queen Braves take bronze at Pee Wee AAA Provincials

SPRIUCE GROVE- The Red Deer Dairy Queen Pee Wee AAA Braves participated in the Pee Wee AAA Championships over the August long weekend in Spruce Grove.

The Braves won the Bronze medal and will now represent Alberta at the Western Pee Wee AAA Championships in Brandon, Manitoba August 15-19.

The Braves went 3-2 over the weekend with a 7-6 win over the Camrose Cougars and a 9-5 win over the Sherwood Park Athletics.

The Braves then suffered back to back losses falling 7-5 to the Parkland Twins in their final round robin game.
