RCMP charge Trochu area man with multiple offences

THREE HILLS- RCMP along with the RCMP Emergency Response Team, and the Southern Alberta Crime Reduction Unit, conducted a search warrant on a residence just north of Trochu on January 3.

Alfred Legacy, 57, of Kneehill County has been charged with:

       Obstruction
       Fail to comply with Undertaking
       Occupant of a motor vehicle with a firearm
       Transporting a firearm carelessly
       Carrying a concealed weapon
       Possession of stolen property under $5000
       Flight from police
       Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose (X2)

Mounties also seized a large amount of electronics and oilfield property that was located at the residence and are still attempting to identify the property owners.
