Alberta premier travelling to Europe to expand province’s presence
Premier Danielle Smith is headed to Europe for a trip she says aims to attract investment, strengthen global partnerships, and promote Alberta as a reliable partner.
The trip will last from April 23 to May 2, and include stops in Munich, Stockholm, and London.
“Alberta has what the world needs, and we’re taking that message directly to our partners,” the premier says in a news release.
“This mission is about building strong, lasting relationships that create opportunities for our businesses, while learning from leading jurisdictions to strengthen our health system and economy at home. When Alberta shows up globally, we deliver real results for Albertans.”
