A Canadian citizenship ceremony at Red Deer Polytechnic was the site for big emotions and even bigger smiles this week.
rdnewsNOW and The Everything Red Deer Podcast caught up with Alberta Citizenship Judge James Clover, who was conducting the second local ceremony since the fall.
There were 122 people who officially became Canadian at the event.
