Trial date set for store employee accused of distributing intimate images
A trial date has been set for a local man accused of distributing intimate images without consent.
Jacob Gammon, 23, of Red Deer, is scheduled for trial in Red Deer Court of Justice on March 10, 2027.
He was charged on Sept. 2, 2025, for an incident that allegedly occurred on Aug. 12, 2025.
Police say that while working at the Tom Harris Telus & Koodo Store in the Bower Place Shopping Centre in Red Deer, the suspect allegedly texted himself intimate images to his phone from a customer’s device, who took their phone in to complete a data transfer.
