Indigenous leaders, business executives, investors, and decision-makers from across Canada will gather at Tsuut’ina Nation in southern Alberta this spring to help advance Indigenous economic reconciliation and leadership throughout the country.

Forward Summit 2026 is described as a timely, purpose-driven response to rapidly evolving landscapes. As Indigenous entrepreneurship and economic participation continue to grow across Canada, organizers say the time is right for a large-scale national conversation solely focused on amplifying Indigenous voices, leadership, and innovation in business, investment, and community development.

Created by Connect Partnership Group in collaboration with leading Indigenous and industry partners, officials say Forward Summit is a high-impact national gathering designed to ignite relationships, investment, and actionable outcomes.

From entrepreneurship to corporate partnership, from workforce development to investment strategy, officials say Forward Summit is an environment rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and respect.

The event will be held May 13-14, 2026 at the Grey Eagle Resort & Casino on Tsuut’ina Nation, guided by an Indigenous-led leadership council that selects topics and speakers reflecting the current priorities and needs of Indigenous communities.

Organizers say the format includes keynote talks, interactive panel discussions, roundtables, and commercial exhibitions, with meaningful networking at its core.
