Charges withdrawn for central Alberta man following seizure of explosive devices
Charges have been withdrawn against a central Alberta man following the seizure of several explosive devices at a residence last fall.
Terrance Bruno, 32, a resident of Samson Cree Nation, had all six counts against him withdrawn in Wetaskiwin Court of Justice on March 9, 2026.
According to the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service (ACPS), due to the insufficiency of available admissable evidence, the Crown prosecutor determined there was no reasonable likelihood of conviction. As such, the charges were withdrawn.
Bruno had been scheduled for trial in Wetaskiwin Court of Justice on March 9, 2026.
