Olds Grizzlys forward named Rookie of the Week

Jordin St. Louis, a forward with the AJHL’s Olds Grizzlys, is the latest Rookie of the Week.

St. Louis, a Portland Winterhawks prospect, extended his active point streak to five games, with five points in three games last week.

The 2009-born from Airdrie added an assist in a 3-2 shootout loss to the Lloydminster Bobcats to open the AJHL Showcase in Red Deer.

He also got two assists in a 5-2 road win over Drumheller on Jan. 23, then added two more in a 5-2 loss to the Dragons on Jan. 25.
