Join The Push-Up Challenge to support mental health in central Alberta
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in central Alberta has joined once again with The Push-Up Challenge for a third year.
Participants will take on a 2,000 push-up challenge across 23 days to remember and honour the roughly 2,000 lives lost daily across the globe to suicide.
The event runs Feb. 5-27 and is free, but participants are encouraged to raise as much as possible to support CMHA programming.
“One of the things I love most about The Push-Up Challenge is that it’s truly for everyone – you don’t have to do traditional push-ups to take part,” says Lynne Mulder, board chair CMHA Central Alberta region.
