Premiere at Capstone to add 119 modern apartments

Another significant development is coming to Red Deer’s Capstone area.

Premiere at Capstone is underway, and will add 119 modern apartments, with residents expected to move in sometime in 2026.

Following a competitive RFP process, the City of Red Deer sold a 1.74-acre site to K&H Developments and High-Rise Properties for the project.

The city says they bring a proven track record of quality, design excellence, and local expertise to Red Deer’s evolving downtown.

“This milestone marks another major step forward in transforming Capstone into the vibrant, mixed-use urban community; a place where people can live, work, and connect,” the city says in a release.
